These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and pkrvp. By registering an account or using any service on the pkrvp platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pkrvp. By creating an account you declare that you meet this requirement. pkrvp reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to close accounts where the 21+ requirement is not met.
All PKR transactions on pkrvp — including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 — are subject to the payment terms set out in Section 6. Withdrawal requests require a fully verified account. pkrvp does not charge processing fees on standard PKR withdrawals.
All bonuses and promotions on pkrvp are subject to wagering requirements specified at the point of offer. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering conditions are met. pkrvp reserves the right to void bonuses where abuse or multi-accounting is detected. See Section 8 for full details.

The Platform is operated by pkrvp and is licensed under an international gaming authority.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on pkrvp. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. pkrvp operates a strict age verification policy and will request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on pkrvp. Creating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or using different payment methods or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkrvp reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon detection of multi-accounting.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all subsequent stages of your relationship with pkrvp. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.
pkrvp may require you to submit identity verification documents including a valid government-issued National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address and payment method ownership, before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pkrvp may result in account suspension.
Residents of certain jurisdictions are not permitted to register or use pkrvp. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing pkrvp is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkrvp makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction beyond those explicitly covered by its international gaming licence.
As a registered pkrvp account holder, you agree to the following ongoing obligations:
Your pkrvp Login credentials — comprising your registered email address or username and your chosen password — are personal to you and must be kept strictly confidential at all times. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account whether or not authorised by you.
pkrvp strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password that is not shared with any other online service. pkrvp will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request of this nature should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pkrvp support immediately.
pkrvp offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP for the pkrvp Login process. Players are strongly encouraged to enable this feature to provide an additional layer of protection for their account and PKR balance.
If you believe your pkrvp account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact pkrvp support immediately at [email protected]. pkrvp will investigate and may place a temporary hold on the account while the investigation is ongoing. pkrvp shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate password security.
pkrvp currently accepts the following payment methods for PKR deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. pkrvp reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. pkrvp does not accept deposits in currencies other than PKR and USDT (for crypto deposits).
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. pkrvp targets same-day processing for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. pkrvp reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
pkrvp reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) the account has been flagged for suspicious activity; (c) outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have not been met; or (d) there is reason to believe the account has been used in breach of these Terms.
All casino games available on pkrvp are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Sports betting markets are governed by the Sports Betting Rules available in the sportsbook section. In the event of a conflict between individual game or sports betting rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual rules specifically address the point in question.
pkrvp shall not be liable for any loss resulting from: a technical fault or interruption in game play caused by factors outside pkrvp's direct control; a player acting on incorrect information displayed due to a software error; or a player misunderstanding the rules of a particular game or betting market.
pkrvp reserves the right to void bets or gaming sessions where a technical error has materially affected the outcome or where the applicable game provider has instructed pkrvp to do so in accordance with its own licensing obligations.
All bonuses and promotions offered by pkrvp are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. These specific terms supplement and form part of these general Terms.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. pkrvp tracks wagering progress in real time within your account. Games may contribute at different percentages towards wagering requirements — details are provided within the relevant promotion's terms.
pkrvp actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times via different accounts; exploiting promotional offers through low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; colluding with other players to meet wagering conditions; or using third-party software to automate gameplay. Detection of bonus abuse will result in the immediate voiding of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
pkrvp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Once a player has opted into a promotion and commenced wagering, the terms applicable at the time of opt-in shall govern that promotion for that player, except where amendment is required due to a technical error or regulatory obligation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkrvp Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Breach of any prohibition listed in Section 9 may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of the entire account balance including any pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrvp shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or any other financial loss.
pkrvp's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pkrvp's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
pkrvp collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the pkrvp Privacy Policy, which is available at pkrvp.com/privacy-policy and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account and using the pkrvp Login portal, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pkrvp uses your personal data to provide and improve the Platform's services, to verify your identity and age, to process payment transactions, to communicate with you about your account and promotions, and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. pkrvp does not sell your personal data to third parties.
pkrvp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkrvp will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current effective date is displayed at the top of this document. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact pkrvp support to close your account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkrvp holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between you and pkrvp shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.
pkrvp operates a formal complaints procedure. If you wish to raise a complaint, please contact pkrvp support in the first instance. pkrvp will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 calendar days. Where a resolution cannot be reached, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution body.
